BECOMING A MEMBER OF LAKEWOOD UMC

Come visit us.  Visit us at a 10:15am Sunday Service.  Come by during an event, or just call the church at 214-823-9623 to make an appointment to visit with our Pastor and Staff.  Visit as many times as you like.  If you decide to join, you can do so during a Service or you can meet with the Pastor privately.

When you join you will be asked the following:


                                Will you be loyal to Lakewood United Methodist Church, and uphold it
                                by your prayers, your presence, your gifts, and your service?

                                Answer "I will" and you are welcomed into our church.

BAPTISM

If you wish to be Baptized into the Christian Faith you may do so at our church.  Please contact Rev. Rothe at 214-823-9623 to arrange a meeting.

TRANSFER

You can transfer a membership from another United Methodist Church or join from another denomination.  For information and questions just call the church office and ask to speak to Pastor Eric Rothe.
